Job description

Title: Contract Analyst

Location: Lake Mary, FL Hybrid - Tues, Wed mandatory. 3rd day is flex to Mon, Thur or Fri. (UPDATE 8/29 - can be fully remote!)

Training Schedule: 9:00am-5:30pm Regular Schedule: 10am-7pm EST

Initial Assignment Length: 4 Months Contract - possibility of an extension/conversion based on the attendance, performance, and business need)

Description:

Delivers professional activities in the Contracts job family. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.

Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. Implements new accounts.

Reviews benefits to ensure standard benefits were sold and can be accommodated by our systems.

May create and distribute various documents to appropriate areas.

May act as a Technical Coach, providing desk-level coaching and identifying opportunities aimed at improving overall operational performance.

May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Contracts.

Skills:

Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required

Prior experience building relationships with internal customers

Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups

Intermediate Microsoft Office products: some experience with complex Excel formulas

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative

Top Non-Negotiable Skills:

Intermediate Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas

SAP skill set

Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups

Education:

HS/GED required.

Associates or higher degree preferred

Languages:

English - Read Write Speak

Should you accept an offer for a contract opportunity with our client, the following pre-employment items will be required: 7-year criminal background check, which will include verifying your highest level of education completed and your employment history for the last 7 years, and a urine drug test analysis (does not look for marijuana/THC).
