Overview:
Position Summary:
As an intake Administrator, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of children with autism. To excel in this position, we are looking for someone who embodies exceptional customer service. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and deliver outstanding support will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Your goal will be to greet potential families with a warm supportive welcome and guide them through the initial steps of starting services with BlueSprig. You will utilize various client information systems to collaborate with caregivers and our Care Coordination team, gathering initial information from families, guiding them through the next steps and answering questions.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
Provide outstanding customer service
Effectively communicating with client families through phone, mail, or electronic channels.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of Blue Sprig programs and services to accurately address client families' inquiries and concerns.
Display proficiency in computer skills to ensure precise processing of information.
Conduct interviews with client families, guiding them through the enrollment process and identifying their specific requirements.
Maintain meticulous logs and reports in accordance with professional, state, and federal guidelines.
Obtain, review, and input onboarding information and referrals before the commencement of patient services.
Approaches conflict management and resolution with resilience and tact.
Able to communicate collaboratively and constructively with client families, co-workers, administration, other team members, providers, community agencies, and referral sources.
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA requirements.

Education/Experience: Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training. Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare field or a related area. Possess a working knowledge of commonly used healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures, with specific experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) being preferred.
Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of clients or employees.
Mathematical Ability: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
Certificates and Licenses: Possess a valid driver's license and meet the requirements of our Motor Vehicle Policy.
Travel Requirements: Meet requirements of our Motor Vehicle policy.
