Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, focusing on Spring Boot, message queuing (MQ), Kafka, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Proficiency in SQL and database management is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Design, build, and maintain APIs and services for seamless integration across systems.

Implement and manage message queues (MQ) and Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging solutions.

Collaborate with DevOps and CI/CD teams to streamline deployment and ensure efficient code releases.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices and standards.

Optimize SQL queries and ensure robust database interactions for optimal performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to meet business needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Java development (3+ years) with a strong understanding of Spring Boot.

Experience with message queuing systems (MQ) and Kafka for messaging and streaming processes.

CI/CD pipeline experience and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

Strong SQL skills, including experience with complex queries, optimization, and database management.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and distributed systems.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
