Job description

Requirements:

First point-of-contact for all initial email- and ticket-based requests

Ability to quickly assign work to appropriate teams

Capable of acting as an intermediary between Eagle s Clients and technical teams in order to schedule work requests

Shift-based work will require working on a regular rotation

Required to interact with business users and technical users both internally and externally

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a service desk-related position with demonstrated success

Ability to follow complex sets of instructions and excellent attention to detail

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Excel

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
