Join their team of professionals and become a trusted advisor who provides comprehensive financial guidance, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning. If qualified, they offer an accelerated path to management program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.

• Present a wide range of financial products, including life insurance, annuities, and investment options to individuals, families, and businesses.

• Educate clients on their financial planning options, including risk management and retirement strategies.

• Stay current on financial products and regulatory requirements.

• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously increase knowledge of the industry.

Accelerated Path to Management Program: If qualified, you'll start off as a Financial Professional, learning how to sell their products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You'll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to success.

Requirements:

• Previous experiences in sales, consulting, or management is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and complete Client's training programs
