4 Corner Resources is looking for a Fulfillment Manager in the Orlando, FL area. The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing the performance of the Key Accounts Fulfillment team to ensure daily productivity goals are consistently met. This role oversees the entire fulfillment process, from order picking to shipping, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.

This is a fully onsite, direct-hire placement.

Fulfillment Manager Responsibilities:

Supervise the picking, assembly, and packing process for Key Accounts Wholesale customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Track and analyze key performance indicators, such as team efficiency, error rates, and order turnaround times.

Train and mentor team members to consistently meet or exceed performance standards.

Liaise with shipping partners to ensure smooth coordination and timely deliveries.

Manage order processing within SAP, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.

Oversee recruitment, evaluation, and scheduling of all Key Accounts fulfillment operations staff.

Serve as the primary contact for the sales team, collaborating to prioritize orders and proactively addressing potential challenges in meeting deadlines.

Fulfillment Manager Experience:

3- 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations and leadership role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Embodies company core values, such as creativity, adaptability, collaboration, and optimism.

Experience with SAP Business One is preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and straightforwardly.

Fulfillment Manager Pay:

60,000- $70,000 salary

10% yearly bonus

Fulfillment Manager Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm
