As part of our team of industry leaders, our employees can impact some of the most exciting and interesting projects in the field. We are currently looking to add a Billing Assoicate to our team. As a Billing Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of client invoices; Assist with other departmental duties as required

Prepare invoices according to established quality, productivity standards and contract guidelines

Assist in the analysis and interpretation of invoices

Maintain Billing Tracker up to date with latest status and comments.

Daily processing of invoice information into Deltek

Submit customer invoices via email and/or customer portal

Open new projects in Deltek and ensure all contract requirements are met prior to entering in Deltek

Take ownership of personal career development by seeking and providing feedback, seizing opportunities to develop new skills, and setting and pursuing personal goals

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED

Excellent technical and analytical skills; attention to detail

Proficient with the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 products and Adobe Acrobat

Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment; self-motivated and possesses excellent time management and organizational skills

Possesses excellent internal and external customer service skills

Maintains a positive attitude and collaborative spirit

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Associates degree in accounting

Prior billing experience in a professional services setting
