Job Overview:

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all facets of construction projects, from the initial planning phase through to project completion. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all construction activities meet safety regulations and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are achieved. Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
  • Schedule Management: Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deadlines. Adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and on-site staff. Organize regular meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
  • Quality Control: Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Address and rectify any issues related to workmanship or materials.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct safety inspections and address any potential hazards or concerns.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is current and compliant with legal and company standards.
