Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have previous experience in a call center environment . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through both phone and written communication.



Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish .
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions, process transactions, and manage accounts as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.



Qualifications :
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Previous call center or customer service experience is required (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.



Preferred Skills :
- Experience working with diverse customer bases.
- Knowledge of common call center performance metrics (e.g., average handle time, first call resolution).
- Ability to adapt to new processes and technology quickly.
