Immigration Attorney
Location: North Miami Beach, FL
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $85k-$100k

Compensation: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and bonuses

The firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join its expanding practice in North Miami Beach, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney with a passion for immigration law, looking to take on a variety of cases while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

About the Firm:

The client is a respected immigration law firm with a focus on providing exceptional legal services in business immigration and representation before EOIR and USCIS. Our team is committed to helping clients navigate complex immigration matters with professionalism and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle business immigration matters, including representation before EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) and USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services).
Assist clients with visa petitions, adjustment of status, deportation defense, and other immigration-related issues.
Prepare and submit legal documents and provide expert legal counsel to clients on immigration law and procedures.
Represent clients in immigration court and manage hearings, appeals, and litigation as needed.
Work closely with the firms team, contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Admitted to the Florida Bar.
Proven experience in immigration law, specifically business immigration and court representation.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and cases in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual, with fluency in Spanish.
Previous experience handling cases before EOIR and USCIS.
Courtroom experience is a strong advantage.
