Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. You will wear multiple hats; duties will also include facilities management and troubleshooting, ordering supplies, and ad hoc requests.

How you'll make an impact:
Manage and coordinate office operations and administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.

Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.

Handle facilities management, including coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Provide administrative, reception, and facilities support to Gallagher Re employees in our Miami office, including expense reports

Assist in the preparation and dissemination of templates, agendas, weekly communications, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.

Help manage flow of information and commitments, including over the phone and electronically.

Organize materials for meetings and events.

Acts as key contact for building management and other service requests.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

About you:
Associate's degree and/or 3+ years of related experience.

Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar operational role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Incumbents in this position possess excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and can effectively manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Work well as a team member as well as independently.

Proactive, resourceful, and work effectively under deadline pressure.

Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
