A Senior Business Analyst is an experienced professional responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and ensuring that business objectives are met through effective solutions.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities.

  • Develop comprehensive business requirements and specifications.

  • Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Design and implement business process improvements.

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to lead and organize meetings and deliverables.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations.

  • Mentor and guide junior analysts.

Your Toolbox

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree beneficial).

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.

  • Extensive knowledge of business processes, project management, and technology systems.

  • Expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools.

  • Proficiency with advanced data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.

  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Senior Business Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
