We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in both interior and structural construction for high-end residential projects in Miami. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership and expertise in managing all aspects of construction from start to finish.

Description

• Oversee daily operations of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff for both interior finishes and structural aspects of the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Solve on-site issues promptly while maintaining a focus on quality control and client expectations.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress to stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in residential construction with a strong portfolio of interior and structural work.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully collaborating with diverse teams and clients.
