SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for its client in Miami, FL. The person will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the designated territory for building materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Travel throughout the territory and occasional visits to headquarters will be required. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, provide product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively promote our building materials.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing orders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target market.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management on territory status, pipeline activity, and market insights.
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and document sales activities.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and products.
Engage with local associations and organizations to strengthen community ties and enhance brand visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the construction materials, logistics or other related field required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong understanding of building materials and related applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must reside in the specified territory.
