Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of diverse commercial construction projects, driving the project team with a customer-focused approach. Your leadership will foster open communication, clear directives, and high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase.

- Analyze and interpret Construction Plans and Specifications effectively.

- Mentor junior Project Management staff to ensure strong project oversight.

- Build lasting relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to uncover future project opportunities.

- Oversee procurement processes for Subcontractors and Vendors, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

- Tackle drawing interpretation challenges and conflicts strategically.

- Manage project documentation, including Submittals, RFIs, Change Order Proposals, and more.

- Ensure timely Owner Billings and accurate cost projections.

- Monitor Project Schedules and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- At least 10 years of experience managing diverse commercial construction projects.

- Deep understanding of building systems and construction methods.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage the entire project lifecycle.

- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a knack for identifying and securing new project opportunities.
