We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our personal lines clients. You will be the primary point of contact for all client needs, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for growing our book of business through proactive client management, cross-selling, and new business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with plenty of room for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
3. Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Review and analyze clients' coverage, identifying gaps and recommending appropriate solutions.
5. Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients, contributing to the growth of our personal lines business.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property and casualty insurance market, including products, trends, and regulatory changes.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
8. Contribute to the achievement of team and company goals through proactive client management and new business development.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines, property and casualty, and client management.
2. Proven track record of managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts and delivering high client satisfaction.
3. Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, trends, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
6. Proven ability to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. Proficiency in using insurance industry software and technology.
9. Current property and casualty insurance license is required.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
