Aspire Health Partners is seeking qualified, caring Staff Psychiatrist searching for a meaningful and fulfilling career directly and positively impacts the lives of those in need in our communities while managing a new 7 Days On and 7 Days Off Schedule.

Opportunities from two Staff Psychiatrist to partner in a Full-Time new program of 7 Days On and 7 Days Off rotating schedule. Depending on qualifications starting hourly pay rate is $131.00 to $140 plus On Call Compensation and more if applicable.
As a Staff Psychiatrist at Aspire Health Partners, provides direct patient care; collaborates with advanced practice nurses, physician assistants and other clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care; adheres to the prescribed 7 Days On and 7 Days Off Duty, 12-hour shift coverage.
Services and Responsibilities Overview
Provide on-site and tele Psychiatrist services across the continuum, Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, with full cross coverage on Saturday and Sunday.
Maintain compliance with legal timelines including, conducting initial psychiatric assessments; completing competency assessments; providing 1 / 2 opinions; initiating treatment plans; completing Medicare certifications and recertifications, and completing peer evaluations.
Provide care consistent with evidence-based practices, established standards of care, in accordance with AHP's policies and procedures.
Active involvement in treatment planning with all team members to provide comprehensive services based on the individual's level of care needs.
Document/complete/sign services in a timely and accurate manner consistent with AHP's procedures and standards.
Perform volume of services to meet or exceed program productivity standards
Provide consultation, supervision, mentoring, and training to APRNs/PAs, residents, students, and other clinical staff as assigned.
Comply with peer review processes and staffing as required by AHP Policies.
Court testimony is required and may be provided virtually based on standard.
Participate in on-call phone call rotations from Monday 7pm to Monday 7am. On-call compensation fee schedule will be implemented.
As with all service providers, you are expected to deliver services in accordance with productivity standards ( see Medical Provider Roles & Responsibilities) and standards set by Aspire's regulatory entities.
Perform other duties as required to meet program and departmental goals and objectives.
Work is performed with a high degree of independence and reviewed through peer review, compliance dashboard reviews, team conferences, electronic clinical record monitoring, and regularly scheduled supervision with direct report.

Requirements:
Position qualifications: Possess and/or have the ability to receive and maintain a(n)
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited residency program in psychiatry and where applicable, completion of an accredited child psychiatry fellowship.
Board Certified or Board eligible in psychiatry and where applicable child psychiatry.
Must have a license to practice medicine in the State of Florida.
Must have an active DEA number.
Must have knowledge of community behavioral health programs, services, and practices
Experience in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric and substance use disorders.
Successfully pass Employment Criminal Background Check.
