Overview of the Accounting Assistant role:

As an Accounting Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Onboard new vendors and enter all information into QuickBooks.
• Serving as a liaison between the accounting team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
• Filling in accounting gaps and assisting the team with various financial tasks.

This Accounting Assistant role is vital to keeping our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a significant plus.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative or related roles, ideally as an Accounting Assistant.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable for this Accounting Assistant role.
