Location: Orlando Regional Medical Center, Downtown Orlando, Florida

Shift: MidShift (Including rotating weekends and holidays)

Position Summary: Are you a dedicated and experienced nursing professional looking to take on a leadership role? As an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) at Orlando Regional Medical Center, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the Multisystem PCU unit. You'll work closely with the Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager to drive excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of patient care while contributing to our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the designated unit, ensuring high standards in nursing practice and patient care.

Collaborate on budgetary performance, human resources activities, and quality outcomes.

Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of shared leadership and continuous improvement.

Enhance the customer experience and drive positive outcomes for both patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Education/Training:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or BSN with a graduate degree in Business or a health-related field preferred.

Licensure/Certification:Current licensure as a registered nurse in Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional certifications may be required based on patient population, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC).

Experience:Minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting.
