We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator responsible for delivering quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. This person provides exceptional customer service to all guests and business partners, ensures that operational processes and procedures are met, protects data integrity throughout our systems, and partners with their team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives.

We're looking for a candidate with administrative and/or accounting experience with a strong analytical skill set. Call center, timeshare, and/or hospitality experience is a plus.

Your specific duties will include:

Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team.

Identify ways to improve our customer service or processes.

Collect and/or validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us.

Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.

Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business.

Support new initiatives and help teams that are impacted by these changes.

Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.

Microsoft Office experience is required. Excel experience is required.

Exceptional listener with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay Rate Range: $20.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
