Commercial Pool Construction Project Manager

gpac is partnered with a respected design-build construction company specializes in the design and construction of high-quality commercial pools. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pool Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet our standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial pool construction projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Address and resolve any project issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial pool construction or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial pool projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations specific to pool construction.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
