The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities. This role involves promoting, facilitating, and fostering positive relationships with customers, as well as coordinating and supervising the work of Lennar trade partners.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Work with customers to resolve issues during initial walk-through and first 60 days post-closing to avoid claims and disputes.

  • Exercise discretion in making concessions and providing additional items to settle potential claims or disputes.

  • Coordinate with Division management to ensure decisions align with profitability standards.

  • Conduct walk-throughs with customers, orienting them to home features and ensuring completion to their satisfaction and Lennar's standards.

  • Decide on necessary repairs and modifications in line with Lennar's profitability standards, coordinating with CC Manager, DOC, and/or DP on major issues.

  • Authorized to make changes or modifications up to $2,500; coordinate changes above this amount with CC Manager, DOC, and/or Division President.

  • Engage, schedule, and manage trade partners to resolve customer concerns, negotiating costs and ensuring work is completed as scheduled; authority to back charge for incomplete or incorrect work.

  • Prohibited from performing manual repairs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience directing, coordinating, and supervising work, especially in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder.

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

  • Valid auto insurance coverage.

  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel).

  • Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
