Are you an IT professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have a new and exciting opportunity to work as an IT Software Testing Technician with an enterprise-level company in Orlando! This individual will be responsible for executing, documenting, and creating reports for testing activities.

This role works on-site and requires an open schedule (availability to work on weekends, evenings, overnight shifts, and deployments).

IT Test Technician Responsibilities:

Conducting/supporting all testing activities.

Document Factory Acceptance, Commissioning, and Site Acceptance tests.

Following software upgrade, perform regression tests on systems.

Work alongside the Quality Assurance team and support the Quality Assurance specialist.

Text and document systems in different environments.

Complete and submit technical test reports.

Document and generate reports of testing and auditing results using Microsoft Office

IT Test Technicians Qualifications:

2+ years of experience performing acceptance or regression testing.

Experience testing on hardware and software for bugs.

Experience overseeing and conducting testing procedures.

Experience auditing transaction reports.

Prior IT support/help desk experience.

Excellent written communication and experience writing routine reports.

Ability to work varied schedules (including frequent overnight shifts).

High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Must have an active driver's license.

A+ certification is preferred

IT Test Technician Pay:

$20 to $24/hr (depending on experience)
