Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Orlando, FL


Our client, an esteemed AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join their fast-paced litigation team in Orlando. This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse commercial litigation matters in one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.


Candidate Profile:



  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Bar Admission in Florida (required).

  • 4-6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation and business torts(link removed)>
  • Proficient in taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions(link removed)>
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including real property litigation, banking, creditors rights, contract disputes, construction litigation, probate matters, partition, business valuation, merger litigation, and governmental zoning and land use litigation.

  • Draft and argue motions, manage discovery (including e-discovery), and conduct depositions to support case strategies.

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality legal services that meet the diverse needs of clients.

  • Provide comprehensive case management, from initial pleadings to resolution.
