Bloodworth Law, an Orlando based U.S. News & World Report Best Law Firm, provides fiduciary and business services for clients throughout Central Florida. The firm is seeking a talented litigation attorney with 3+ years of probate and trust litigation and/or commercial litigation experience to join our team. This role will require the attorney to litigate probate, trust, and commercial cases. Probate administration and estate planning experience are a plus. The attorney must be able to think strategically about their cases, possess excellent writing and communication skills, and be prepared to be the primary point of contact with clients. Job offer includes: Annual base salary; monthly client origination bonuses; structured production bonuses; year-end bonus potential; signing bonus commiserate with experience level; and negotiable relocation bonus. Requirements:

  • 3+ years handling probate and trust litigation and/or commercial litigation and a willingness to litigate both.
  • Self-motivated organizational and time management skills.
  • Being responsive to clients when they call or email.
  • Timely reporting to clients the progress of their cases.
  • Must be technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems, and effectively utilize available technology.
  • Knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite a plus.
  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
