Job description

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED.

6 months of payroll experience is preferred but not required.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.

Familiarity or understanding of time and attendance systems such as Kronos or Work Force Management is a plus.

Computer Proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Position Summary:

Responsible for researching and resolving time card discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify timekeeping errors related to missed punches.

Collect necessary information needed from leaders or HR partners to correct timecard errors to pay associates accurately.

Other duties as assigned.
