Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
An absolute driver of business growth in an accelerated time period
Provider of excellent leadership to work teams and individual employees
A leader who coaches, mentors, trains, and manages.
Ambassador to "do what it takes" to provide unparalleled customer service to mitigate customer complaints
Creator of processes and structure to achieve profit and growth goals, and manages expenditures operational excellence
Manager of revenue through analyzing profitability and finding ways to improve inefficiencies
Provider of outstanding organizational processes to ensure efficient planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to exceed customer satisfaction while ensuring a positive financial performance
The liaison across support teams, procurement, field teams, sales, and technical services to ensure best practices are always utilized
Protector of accurate inventory controls including fleet, parts and materials to reduce discrepancies
Diplomatic collaborator who works with vendors, government entities, community leaders and other 3rd party partners
Driver of the business plan, implement new strategies, and document processes
Accountability Manager to ensure achievement of KPI's
Promoter of enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1's
With:10+ years management experience
5+ years overseeing day-to-day operations of a Home Services (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing) Business Unit
Track record of year over year business growth
Qualifications:

5+ years overseeing day-to-day operations of a Home Services Plumbing Business Unit
Track record of year over year business growth
Proven success implementing and attaining KPI's
Profit and Loss experience
Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience working for a small to medium-sized company
Train, coach, and mentor company leaders
