Position Summary:

I am working with a well-establised Plaintiff Personal Injury firm who is searching for a Pre-Litgiation Attorney that can work in fully remote capacity!

Are you a seasoned attorney with a fervor for advocating on behalf of individuals affected by motor vehicle accidents, encompassing car crashes, motorcycle collisions, and truck accidents? This firms mission is to assist those who have suffered injuries in these accidents in obtaining the full and just compensation they are entitled to.

Pre-Litigation Attorney Role Overview:

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will hold a crucial role in championing the rights of their clients, ensuring they receive the support needed to recover from their injuries. Your legal acumen will be instrumental in managing cases linked to car accidents, motorcycle incidents, and truck collisions, where the repercussions can be significant and life-altering.

Pre-Litigation Attorney Primary Responsibilities:

Effectively handle a caseload of personal injury cases, primarily related to motor vehicle accidents. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients during negotiations and legal proceedings. Collaborate with our legal team to construct robust cases and maximize compensation for our clients. Maintain communication with clients, insurance entities, and other involved parties. Stay abreast of pertinent laws and regulations to provide top-notch legal representation. Advocate vigorously for the rights and well-being of accident victims.

Qualifications:

Possession of a law degree and admission to the Florida Bar. 3-8 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law. Proficiency in negotiation and litigation. Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills. Self-driven and dedicated to achieving results.
