Job description

4 Corner Resources has an urgent need for an Integration Leader to join our team. This position will be working for a client in the Healthcare field. It is a long term contracted position located onsite in Orlando, FL.

Program Manager Change Management Requirements:

Lead and manage the integration of M&A initiatives across various departments.

Implement organizational change management strategies using frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR to ensure seamless transitions.

Utilize Six Sigma Blackbelt methodologies to optimize processes and enhance performance throughout the integration process.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to drive M&A project success.

Provide ongoing guidance and leadership to ensure the long-term sustainability of integration efforts.

Program Manager Change Management Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A implementation and leading integration projects.

Six Sigma Blackbelt certification is required.

Extensive experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), with a preference for candidates experienced in Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Highly professional, driven, and results-oriented.

Program Manager Change Management Compensation:

Starting at a pay rate of $57 hourly (room for negotiation)
