Job description

Senior Program Manager Telework Responsibilities: Provide administrative and technical leadership in the completion of multiple contracts, including responsibility for cost, schedule and overall performance Plan and procure necessary staffing to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services/deliverables to various customers Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership to and review the work of assigned staff and/or contracts Interface with customers on a regular basis for support of engineering and program management activities. Monitor customer feedback and advise on a broad range of issues related to products/services being delivered Participate in business development including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and managing proposal development Perform multi-disciplinary analysis of system designs to determine compliance with specifications and standards Direct the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel Act as a point-of-contact for all matters relating to the assigned contract for representative between government personnel and ATS management team Provide management guidance and control for the efficient utilization of human resources assignment, performance, morale and overall welfare Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related); Master's in Business Administration desired 10-12+ years' experience managing complex defense/aerospace programs for U.S. military or prime defense contractors Expertise in program/project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Earned Value Management) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required Experience in capture management, strategic positioning, and proposal writing Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contract management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Experience with U.S. Army customer highly valued US Citizenship required for this Position: Yes Performance Location: Telework, Orlando Area preferred Relocation Assistance: No Clearance Type: Secret, Top-Secret preferred Travel Required: Yes 50% Working Environment: The usual daily work conditions will be in a home office or contract location environment. The job requires occasional lifting of computer and other equipment, generally not in excess of 50 lbs., usually in connection with equipment transport to off-site locations for events.
