Job Description Leverages comprehensive knowledge to lead all property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government property in accordance with applicable government regulations. Performs all aspects of administrative and technical property administration and coordination work with business partners across various training platforms (e.g., receiving, inspection, inventory scheduling, movement, hand receipts, LTDDs, storage management, cataloging, property utilization, disposition and contract close outs) related to depot, local, or other supply activities at various sites. Manages LTDDs via the DMCA e-tools website and arranges for disposal of damaged or obsolete material/equipment in accordance with the FAR policy throughout assigned efforts. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Provides guidance and training as required. Responsible for coordinating all disposal efforts. Create and manage physical inventory documents. Responsible for updates to system records, including property documents in the library. Education/Experience: (10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree) Required Experience: Experience in leveraging comprehensive knowledge to lead all property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government property in accordance with applicable government regulations.
