Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Integration Management is responsible for managing the development and implementation of Orlando Health's integration and playbacks for target entities that span the entire operations of an acquired health system or clinical practice.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing merger and acquisition projects integration to ensure deal objectives are achieved.

Collaborates and partners with subject matter experts in functional areas across the company to design, refine, and implement integration playbooks and approach.

Manages and mobilizes projects teams and resources, including internal and external, as they contribute to all phases of projects and execution of project tasks.

Coordinates the efforts of multiple project managers across different integration workstreams.

Contributes to embedding project playbook methodology and project governance within Orlando Health.

Assist in the preparation of materials for the Integration Governance Committee.

Develops and maintains strong organizational knowledge and relationships (i.e. information systems, human resources, finance, facility management, materials management, marketing, risk management, legal, corporate compliance, quality, etc.).

Drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders on acquisition enablement priorities and plans.

Identifies stakeholders, develops project charters, and works with stakeholders to determine and document agreed upon project scope and requirements.

Works with functional leaders to define, track, and measure integration KPIs.

Assist in the preparation of Monthly Operating Review materials for each acquisition.

Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

Requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing project and stakeholder demands.

Monitors scope and budget of Integration Project Plans.

Maintains a good relationship with key functional leaders in Orlando Health.

Oversees the work of outside consultants on the Acquisition Strategy and Integration team.

Qualifications:
Education

Master's degree required.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of increasing responsibility in healthcare operations/project management.

Requires superior analytical, project management, critical thinking, problem solving, relationship building and communication skills.

Possesses proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Must have the ability to influence internal executive stakeholders and senior level external constituents through presentations that back up conclusions with data-driven evidence and market insights.
