Base salary starting at $200,000 + bonus

About the Senior Director of Tax opportunity

Our client is a large recognized brand in their industry looking for a strong tax leader with international tax and income tax provisions with C-corps experience. The ideal candidate will enjoy complicated and unique tax deals. This position is a succession plan to VP of Tax. This opportunity does come with a relocation package.

What the Senior Director of Tax will do

• Direct the tax department compliance function
• The Senior Director, Tax will oversee preparation of quarterly/annual income tax provision calculations and workpapers
• Review annual corporate tax return's US international tax calculations and filings including Form 5471, foreign tax credit, GILTI, FDII, and subpart F
• Review global income tax provision with comprehensive understanding for ASC 740
• Partner with FP&A for global tax forecasts and annual tax budgets
• Assist VP on special projects
• Ensure the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures and transfer pricing strategies
• Develop a team through mentorship and training

What the company needs in a Senior Director of Tax:

• CPA required
• 10 years of relevant tax experience
• Public/Industry tax experience (+)
• International tax required
• Strong working knowledge of income tax provision calculation
