Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Project Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Sports & Entertainment in Orlando , FL

Coach Education Program Overview:
The Coach Education Program is a vital initiative to attract, engage, and retain coaches nationwide, from volunteer parents to full-time professionals, ensuring high-quality, safe, and engaging coaching standards. This ambitious program spans budgeting, organizational structuring, membership design, digital experience, and learning management, with an emphasis on effective stakeholder communication and structured project delivery.
Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop and execute project plans across multiple workstreams, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with the organization's mission.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently within set timelines and budgets.
Track project milestones, prepare detailed status reports, and ensure timely adjustments to keep projects on schedule.
Budget Management:
Work with the finance team to monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure project spending aligns with allocated resources.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses on project elements and recommend adjustments to improve cost efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, communicating progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare regular executive updates and reports, ensuring project visibility with leadership and the board as required.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and project dependencies; develop mitigation plans to prevent project delays or budget overruns.
Facilitate prompt issue resolution, coordinating between teams to address project challenges as they arise.
Quality Assurance and Reporting:
Establish and maintain quality standards across project deliverables, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs aligned with program objectives.
Gather feedback and data to assess project performance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational standards.

Corporate Communications
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, sport management, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience, preferably within sports, non-profits, or similar industries.
Proven experience in managing complex, multi-phase projects from planning through to completion.
Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with adult learning principles and coaching experience is beneficial.
