Position Description:
Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Management Attendant in Orando, FL
Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly
Hourly Pay $17.00 per hour
This position also has an after-hours requirement. The candidate will be on call approximately 1 week per month. Additional compensation will be given for afterhours activities
Schedule: First Shift - Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong technical aptitude which includes the following: Ability to use programs such as Outlook and Excel to track shipments and data entry
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
Ability to select and pack items for orders
Good Customer Service Skills
Must be able to work with personal accountability and minimal supervision

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent perferred
One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices
Responsibilities:
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
Performs other duties as assigned.
