Admissions Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established provider of Home Care and Hospice services. They have a current opening for an Admissions Manager based in the Ormond Beach, FL area. This person will oversee all aspects of the Intake and Admissions process, including the admissions and liaison team. Medicare-certified Hospice management experience as a Registered Nurse is required. Must understand intake & admissions processes, Hospice eligibility, care coordination / scheduling, and referral source management. Staff development background is a plus. Relocation candidates welcome!

Admissions Manager Job Requirements

Medicare certified Hospice leadership experience including Intake / Care Utilization / Referral Source Management.

Must understand Hospice rules, regulations, and eligibility.

Registered Nurse

EMR savvy.

Admissions Manager Job Responsibilities

Day-to-day oversite of Admission Nurses, Liaisons, and Social Workers.

Conduct out-of-office ride-a longs with team or meet with referral sources as needed.

Communicate with other admissions managers, discharge planners, physicians, referral sources, and patients.

Engage, educate, and retain staff.
