What you will Do:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems, and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Identify & communicate electrical issue(s) with customers

Educate customers on their electrical systems, functions, and needs.

Maintain a fully stocked truck inventory for each job.

Document work performed by following company procedure.

Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed

What you Need:

At least 2 years of experience in residential electrical sales and/or service.

Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory

Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures

Sales and Customer Service Experience required.

Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen

Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable

Physical dexterity.

2+ year of Electrical Service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:

Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems

Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints

Inspect, diagnose and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures

Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers

Follow national electrical code, and state and local building regulations

Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan

Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
