Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized office environment, including filing systems and document management.

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.

Input and update information in databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary materials.

Greet visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials for meetings.

Conduct basic research and gather information as requested by supervisors or team members.

Provide administrative support to various departments or team members as needed.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Assist with troubleshooting basic office equipment and software issues.

Help organize company events or team-building activities.

Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings or correspondence.

Stay updated on office procedures and administrative best practices.

Qualifications:
Typical Education:
High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.

Typical Experience:
Meet or exceed the minimum education and technical requirements.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

This position has an on-site requirement and is not eligible for a remote candidate.

The salary range for this role is $19-$21/per hour
