(Full Time) Universal Timber Structures

A Prefabricated Wood building company in the construction industry in Auburndale FL, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key customer contact and resource for its business. We are seeking a detail oriented, team player with the ability to provide excellent customer service, act as the subject matter expert for our product lines and services and ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales & estimating with at least 3 years of experience

• Experience using AutoCAD program • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

• Ability to perform without difficulty and great attention to detail with goal-driven attitude • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Maintaining and growing existing customer base through prospecting, sales account development, quoting and customer follow up.

• Sourcing special order items for our contractors.

• Visit customer sites and review specs for ground prep and other requirements to set a building

• Must be able to work with construction managers and facilities managers to read blueprints and prepare specs for building sets Experience/Education Required/Desired:

• BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent years of sales experience

• 3 or more years' experience in sales or a sales role in the construction industry

• Prior experience with heavy customer focus or team-based environment

• Prior experience in construction or other related industries is preferred

• Valid Driver's License
