Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Technical Help Desk Agent in Pompano Beach, FL!
Pay rate: $30/hr
Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 8a-430p

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operation of the Business
Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues across the company
Provide First Level support to End-User devices & Peripherals (PC's, Laptops, Tablets, Android Devices, Printers, Scanners, Etc.)
Support the network infrastructure
Device replacements on a routine schedule according to warranty
Deploy new technology and devices to users and on the shop floor
Accurate documentation of work process
Utilize the ITSM software for work performed
Be a technical resource, provide planning, and drive execution for special projects while still performing current job duties
Assist in communication to End-Users regarding changes, upgrades, or planned outages
Strictly follow guidance and regulations provided by Information Security
Strong attention to detail and to maintain safety in the workplace
Education/Certification Requirements:
Associates degree: Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable program
Experience requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting Windows, Android devices, Configuration Manager, Active Directory, and Corporate Networks
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong documentation skills
Note:
This role is an onsite role, must live in/near Pompano Beach, FL!
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
