Title: Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their occupational therapy needs. This role is critical in developing individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine their need for occupational therapy services.
Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and clinical judgment.
Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to establish realistic and achievable therapy goals.
Document evaluation findings, treatment plans, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and assistive technology as needed.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises to be performed at home.
Stay current with the latest research and developments in occupational therapy to ensure evidence-based practice.

Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
Strong knowledge of standardized assessment tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
CPR certification
