Job description

Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and strong Multi-Family Project Coordinator for a growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Sanford, FL. American Builders Supply is Florida's largest suppliers of doors and trim to some of the largest Multi-Family Contractors in the state of Florida.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to, the following.

Review Blue Prints

Compile detailed take-off for orders

Product Submittals

SOV Schedule of Values

Qualification/requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good administrative proficiency and customer service skills

Computer literacy

Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask

Education/Training/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred, not required

Industry knowledge - Preferred, not required

Ideal candidate should have various software knowledge (ie. Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, PDF merging)
