Overview:

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages starting from $15/hr. All wage determinations will be based on relevant experience.

We are looking for a Custodian to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Independent/Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Sarasota, FL.

This support schedule includes:

Flexible hours (either 2pm-10pm nor 3pm-11pm)

Every other weekend - Saturday and Sunday

Holidays as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description:
Performs all floor care duties throughout the community

Also performs the following duties throughout the community as assigned and directed:

Cleans designated areas in accordance with schedule.

Assists housekeeping staff.

Assists with moving boxes, furniture, etc.

Empties and removes trash and recycling.

Assists with landscaping upkeep (weeding, trimming, removing debris, etc.)

Assists Maintenance staff with light tasks such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, etc.

Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Qualifications:
Required:

None to 1 year experience

Preferred:

High School Diploma/GED

One to 2 years experience

Experience with power washers, carpet cleaners, & floor cleaners
