Job description

Job Summary:
Handles special projects as assigned by the Manager, Equipment Planning & Projects, while acting as a liaison and subject matter expert between hospital end-users, construction, architects and the vendors, and provides guidance to the end-user in procuring non-routine, non-standard goods and services, or furniture, equipment or construction services.

After training Hybrid will be an option

Required Qualifications:
- Required experience in FF&E- Require five (5) years of project team experience in health care.- Required two (2) years of healthcare project oversight experience.- Required prior experience with 4Tower or other medical Equipment Planning software.- Required to travel to selected sites in the Sarasota County Area- Require Bachelor's degree. (Relevant purchasing experience can be substituted on a year for year basis for required degree)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer PMP
- Prefer demonstrated proficiency in the use of software, including Excel, PDF and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prefer demonstrated team player and self-starter who is accurate and detail oriented.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to take initiative, and solve problems with little or no assistance.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to prioritize a variety of duties.

Preferred Education:
M D: Masters Degree
