As a Senior Mission Systems Operator (MSO)/Airborne Mission Commander (AMC), you will be using your skills and expertise to support our overseas operational missions using Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles. You'll be responsible for operating our airborne sensor equipment, primarily SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and/or RADAR technologies, to acquire, track, and monitor airborne, ground, and/or maritime objects of interest in routine and dynamic target area searches and performing pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties. The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains - air, land, sea, space and cyber. Must-haves: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience, including military training, may be considered in lieu of required education
Advanced experience with CRM and Airmanship
1000 hours of flight time knowledge of SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and/or RADAR
Advanced knowledge of Link-16, SATCOM(BLOS), and Small Secure Datalink (SSDL) radio functionality
Experience with MODE Air and ground operations
Experience with the practical applications and operations of RADAR Theory (LRR/MTI/GMTI/SAR)
Experience operating and maintaining Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) systems, and updating their database
Experience with Tracking and Mapping software (TRAX, Cerberus, Orion, Torch, Sceptre)
Experience in the development of training programs, operational manuals, and materials (SOPs) for MSOs
Experience evaluating, providing feedback, and performance metrics of MSOs
Experience building work shifts and rotations for sensor operators to meet operational demands
U.S. Citizen with U.S. Passport
Valid Driver's License
Must be willing to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 60/60 rotation.
Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required
Must be willing to travel CONUS off rotation to perform Training, Medical, and Certification renewals
An active Top Secret with SCI and CI polygraph (TS/SCI w/POLY) eligibility U.S. Security Clearance is required Preferred: Maritime experience
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
Experience with Windows 10 Falcon View or Force Map technology
Prior experience as a CRM/ORM Instructor
SERE 150 training may be required
Experience with Multi-Level Aircraft Stacks utilizing ROZ & TEZ tactics, MEDEVAC/CSAR, Direct Action (DA) Raids, Air Warden, HAF/GAF, INFILs, Route/CIED Scans, laser procedures, Troops in Contact (TIC), and CAS stack TTP's SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
