Job description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire call center professionals to join its team in Florida.

OPEN INTERVIEWS - THURSDAY, JUNE 13th and THURSDAY, JUNE 27TH - 10AM-1PM

These roles are part-time (25 hours/week).

Call Center Additional Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
  • Driving customer satisfaction by answering incoming inquiries via phone.
  • Processing customer requests.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.
  • Documenting calls and creating workflows.




  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in call center customer service position required.
  • Understanding of Medicaid Programs preferred.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
