Are you ready to build your career by joining a commercial data and analytics company? If so, our client is hiring a Compliance and Ethics Analyst!

What You'll Do:

The Global Compliance & Ethics (GC&E) Program & Operations Analyst is an integral team member responsible for supporting the GC&E Team with key deliverables - with integrated process, on time delivery and excellence.

The GC&E Team owns the Legal, Compliance, and Ethics (LCE) process, ensuring requests comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance and Ethics (LCE) Process Coordination, Management & Communication

On a twice daily basis, conduct an initial assessment of all LCE requests coming from the Business, review records daily with the team, and create new business process records, as required.

Communicate with the Business Owner if additional information is needed to complete the business process record. These notifications come in the form of a standard email to the record owning individual.

Update, review, and ensure accuracy of all required fields in the business process record, in the related tracking spreadsheets, and the TrustArc platform.

Follow the progress of the records though the update of tags in the business process record and track for more information, incomplete, and not submitted records to support accurate reporting and communication to the Business and Reviewers.

Ensure tags are accurate and complete in each business process record.

Review all support requests coming from the Primary & Secondary Reviewers daily and respond timely along with initiating assessments, if necessary.

On a daily basis and as an item of first course, perform data file upload to support the metrics in existing Dashboards. Troubleshoot any file errors upon upload and publish it via PowerBI

Support the GC&E Director of Program & Operations to collect, track, and validate monthly metrics for reporting to Stakeholders.

Review all submitted metrics for accuracy, completion, and consistency.

Generate graphs in Excel based on metrics to be presented monthly.

Work with GC&E Director of Program & Operations to develop enhanced dashboard reporting.

Support program metrics and reporting, including risk register graphs and PowerPoint slide reporting to support senior leadership (first week of each new quarter)

Assume additional program support efforts to enable excellence in GC&E.

Support the team in managing, monitoring, and continuously improving all GCE Dashboards.

Establish insights and analytics and deliver meaningful reporting.

Conduct research, provide analysis, and support solutions to meet compliance requirements.

Support project requirements related to the development and implementation of projects owned by GC&E.

Partner with LCE Coordinator, manually updating data as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What You'll Bring:

1 to 2 years in depth analytical expertise, with room to learn and grow.

1 to 3 year's proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Power BI Desktop, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills with a growing ability to identify and communicate to management key initiatives, progress, and new ideas.

Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to wear "multiple hats," pivot, and constantly evaluate/re-evaluate the best solutions.

Ability to work as a strong team player but independently as needed-and always with a sense of purpose and humor.

A commitment to collaborate, communicate, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

A passion for data, analytics, and compliance.

Strong attention to detail, and willingness to update data to ensure highest quality When data sources are not evident, identify data sources and integrate them into reporting/metrics.

High standard of excellence, accuracy and consistency, personal integrity, and accountability.

Must be able to manage several projects, multitask, and work well under pressure.
