Job description

LHH is hiring an Estate Planning Attorney in Naples, FL. Ideal candidates would have at least 3-5 years of experience handling estate planning matters and trusts experience. Must be in good standing and eligible to practice law in Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute advanced estate planning strategies tailored to fulfill clients' financial and personal objectives.

  • Provide counsel to clients regarding the tax consequences associated with estate planning choices and frameworks.

  • Oversee the management of estates and trusts, which includes navigating probate processes and preparing estate tax filings. Engage in comprehensive legal research and remain informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

  • Draft and evaluate a variety of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.

  • Support clients in developing wealth transfer strategies and planning Work in conjunction with other legal professionals, accountants, and financial advisors to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Hourly: $100/hr.-$125/hr.
