We are seeking an Architect with 3 -6 years of professional experience to be part of our Architecture team in the Tampa office.

The Architect will work collaboratively on project types of varying scale and complexity across several markets. Qualified individuals must have a strong work ethic, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
Desire to contribute to collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Ability to coordinate a complete set of construction documents, detail oriented with knowledge of building codes and industry standards, experience in consultant coordination and familiarity with construction administration

Ability to work and complete project assignments with minimal supervision, take personal pride to succeed at any task undertaken and show a willingness to learn

Interest in professional growth within a design-focused studio setting offering a relaxed working environment

Talent and experience are both strongly considered

Qualifications:
5 year Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Licensed Architect or on licensure track

3-6 years' experience working in an Architectural firm

Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is a must. Knowledge of other software platforms including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Good communication skills, including written

Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate a computer, keyboard and mouse. Use of a telephone headset will allow for virtual communication with team members through Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to sit for prolonged periods, use hands/fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms, speak and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
