Our client, a well-known player in the industry, is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support the financial health of their exciting ventures. Job Overview:
The Bookkeeper will manage critical financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, while supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports. This role involves collaborating with the finance team to streamline operations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The Bookkeeper will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit tax documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.

Qualifications desired for the Bookkeeper:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role (3+ years).
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Location: Tampa, FL. Full-time, on-site with flexible hours.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
